How much does the treatment cost?

Every session is EUR 70. The initial consultation will typically take 45 minutes, depending on the problem, up to 1 hour. Follow up sessions are at least 30 minutes. (Your invoices are eligible for partial reimbursement from Austrian mandatory health insurance.)

What can I expect in the initial consultation session?

A comprehensive therapy discourse, a physical examination and possibly (depending on the problem) already an initial treatment. We discuss your questions, establish individually adapted and realistic treatment goals and agree on the next steps. (Oral or written reports to your doctor on treatment concept, progress and results are available.)

How can I schedule my appointments?

We schedule appointments by phone or e-mail. If needed, early, late or Saturday appointments are available.

What do I need to bring to the sessions?

In Austria a medical prescription for physiotherapy treatment (‘Verordnung für Physiotherapie’) is required by law. Please already bring this to the initial session. Other than that: comfortable clothes or training gear, depending on the form of treatment. A shower is available.

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy works to prevent disorders in movement and function, and to maintain, improve or recover natural movements. Goal is to help people to be free of pain and able to move independently.

What is Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT)?

Orthopaedic manipulative therapists are physiotherapists who have trained to be experts for neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions. Focus is the examination and treatment of patients with dysfunctions in muscles, ligaments, nerves and skeleton.

What is Personal Training?

In the course of a personal training program we define goals together, develop a personal training program to reach these in the most optimal way. The idea is to prevent movement disorders and to keep your body – also after injury – in good shape, or to get it there.
